Calling all environmentally interested undergraduates! 51�Թ���’s School of Environmental, Coastal, and Ocean Sustainability (ECOS) will host a spring on Tuesday, April 7, from 5 to 7 p.m., at the Owl’s Nest, Schmidt Family Complex for Academic and Athletic Excellence, Boca Raton campus.

Students will have the opportunity to engage with student researchers; meet environmental professionals about career and internship opportunities; gain personalized resume feedback from 51�Թ���’s Career Services; speak with founders and business owners who are leading innovative environmental startups; and view current WLW-ECOS 51�Թ���’ research poster presentations.

“This event is an excellent opportunity for undergraduate 51�Թ��� to learn about ECOS and the dynamic career paths and internships opportunities that are available,” said Steven Vollmer, Ph.D., director of 51�Թ���’s School of Environmental, Coastal, and Ocean Sustainability, and professor in the Department of Biological Sciences, Schmidt College of Science. “Our talented 51�Թ��� are poised to become tomorrow’s leaders who are tackling complex environmental issues, and giving 51�Թ��� the chance to network and connect with real-world experiences as undergraduates is critical for their future careers.”
