SeaTech Expansion & Seawall Replacement
Overview
51³Ô¹ÏÍø (51³Ô¹ÏÍø) is seeking expand the SeaTech campus located in The City of Dania Beach which houses their Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This expansion will be done on property that 51³Ô¹ÏÍø leases from The City of Dania Beach. Gold Caliber Engineering (GCE) has been tasked with repairing the failing seawall and adding a new facility to the empty parcel of land west of the existing campus.

Community Benefit
This development will help to enhance 51³Ô¹ÏÍø's Ocean, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering Departments. This program will help to attract future 51³Ô¹ÏÍø that are interested in these areas of engineering. Currently 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, University of Miami, and Florida Institute of Technology are the only schools in South Florida that offers Ocean Engineering. The goal is to make 51³Ô¹ÏÍø the premier route to a career in this field.
