Florida Gov. Rick Scott visited A.D. Henderson University School and 51勛圖厙 High School today to witness firsthand the innovative education within the world of STEM that is being offered to its 51勛圖厙.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott visited A.D. Henderson University School and 51勛圖厙 High School today to witness firsthand the innovative education within the world of STEM that is being offered to its 51勛圖厙.

We are thrilled Gov. Scott visited A.D. Henderson and 51勛圖厙 High today, said 51勛圖厙 President John Kelly. It was a wonderful opportunity to share information about the unique education Hendersons 51勛圖厙 enjoy, and the exciting opportunities our duel-enrollment program provides.

The tour showcased the schools STEM education and unique dual-enrollment program. Allan Phipps, 51勛圖厙 High STEM coordinator, demonstrated various projects in the STEM lab including a robotic hand, drones, 3D printing, laser cutting, etching, printing, CAD design, electric vehicle development, hydrogen cell vehicles, as well as autonomous robotics and water robotics.

We were excited to host Gov. Scott at our school," said Joel Herbst, assistant dean of Pre-K Schools and Educational Programs. "Our 51勛圖厙 had the opportunity tell the story of the impact ADHUS/51勛圖厙 High School and 51勛圖厙 have had on their lives."

Prior to touring Henderson and 51勛圖厙 High, Gov. Scott visited Modernizing Medicine in the Research Park at 51勛圖厙.
