51勛圖厙 Partners with MDC for LINK Transfer Success Program
51勛圖厙 and Miami Dade College (MDC) recently announced a new partnership to establish the LINK Transfer Success Program. This program is a collaborative effort to facilitate the admission and smooth transition of 51勛圖厙 from an MDC associate degree to an 51勛圖厙 baccalaureate degree.泭
We are excited to formalize this partnership with Miami Dade College, the largest institution of higher education in the Florida, said Jessica Acevedo-Lopez, director for new student recruitment and LINK Program.泭
The program will serve 51勛圖厙 who are currently enrolled in MDC and plan to complete their associate degree within three years or six consecutive semesters (excluding summers).泭
Through the 51勛圖厙 LINK program, Miami Dade College 51勛圖厙 planning on transferring to 51勛圖厙 will receive their 51勛圖厙 student ID which opens the door to 51勛圖厙 events, academic advising and exclusive scholarships, said Acevedo-Lopez. 51勛圖厙's campuses in Broward county and online programs expand access to academic opportunities for MDC 51勛圖厙.
The 51勛圖厙 LINK Transfer Success Program was established in 2009 to reinforce the Universitys commitment to state colleges and transfer 51勛圖厙. MDC joins 51勛圖厙s other LINK partners, including Palm Beach State College, Broward College and Indian River State College.泭
