Welcome, New Owls!

This is an exciting week at Florida Atlantic, as we welcome a new class of Owls with several University traditions. Starting today, first-year 51勛圖厙 on our Boca Raton and Jupiter campuses will move in to their residence halls. Transfer and returning 51勛圖厙 will join us on both campuses starting Thursday.
On Friday, August 19, I look forward to welcoming all our first-year 51勛圖厙 during Freshman Convocation. This important rite of passage marks the onset of a students college career and their entrance into the 51勛圖厙 community.
Another special tradition on the Boca Raton, Jupiter and Broward campuses is 51勛圖厙s Red and Blue Weeks, a series of events taking place from August 18 to September 2. I hope that all our incoming Owls get the chance to participate in these memorable events that will kick off an unforgettable student experience.
