Claire Rice holds her bachelor’s degree in neuroscience and behavior, her master's degree in psychology and her Ph.D. in experimental psychology in neuroscience from 51³Ô¹ÏÍø. Her studies on ketamine-induced psychosis led to a patent application for a new therapeutic approach for schizophrenia treatment involving selective modulation of small conductance calcium activated potassium channels. She conducted various studies on mechanisms of hippocampal-dependent memory and consolidation of trace fear memory. Claire provides key expertise in behavioral neuroscience to study interventions aimed at halting memory loss and other neurological symptoms of neurodegenerative diseases.
