The 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Research Corporation (51³Ô¹ÏÍøRC) is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization which is separate from 51³Ô¹ÏÍø (51³Ô¹ÏÍø) and was established to assist faculty, staff and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø at Florida Atlantic with research support, particularly in connection with patentable inventions. 51³Ô¹ÏÍøRC works with external sponsors from industry and others to arrange royalty-producing licenses for intellectual property (e.g. patent, copyrights) resulting from Florida Atlantic research.
