To request an Enrollment Certification (VA-Form 22-1999) is submitted to the
Department of Veterans Affairs.

51�Թ��'s Out of State Tuition and Fee Waiver Request Form

Applicable to non-FL resident 51�Թ�� who are on active duty and/or utilizing VA education benefits.

51�Թ��'s Veteran Non-Resident Tuition Waiver Request Form

Applicable to non-FL resident 51�Թ�� who are “honorably” discharge and wishing to have the Out-of- State portion of their Tuition waive while living in Florida. These 51�Թ�� are NOT utilizing any VA education benefits.

MVSSC Parent Letter

Applicable to 51�Թ�� 51�Թ�� who are approved to take classes at a secondary school
and who wishes to have their enrollment certified at the guest school.

51�Թ�� MVSCC Scholarship

This scholarship is provided to 51�Թ�� who express educational hardship during
their enrollment at 51�Թ��, only offered upon funding availability.
