Marketing Services
The Marketing team is tasked with developing 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s brand identity and conveying its core messages to both internal and external audiences. The team achieves this by providing strategic guidance to university clients, overseeing university photography, setting messaging guidelines, maintaining 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s social media presence, creating traditional and digital advertising campaigns, and communicating through multiple platforms to the university’s various constituents.
Units looking to promote their programs should contact Marketing to discuss a strategy that will best achieve specific goals. The Marketing team provides, free of charge, agency-quality consultation on how to incorporate a specific division or unit into the overall brand identity of the University. The team can also support clients working with other areas of University Communications to mirror 51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s overall brand identity and messaging.
The Marketing team also manages key internal communications to faculty, staff and 51³Ô¹ÏÍø through the e-newsletters Connections and the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Insider*, My51³Ô¹ÏÍø announcements and university-wide emails.
51³Ô¹ÏÍø Insider, distributed Monday to all employees, contains feature news, upcoming events such as programs, speakers and workshops, campus updates and other important information. can be submitted for the 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Insider and/or to post on My51³Ô¹ÏÍø. (Deadline for 51³Ô¹ÏÍø Insider is noon Thursday for distribution the following Monday).
